I don't like Lebron anymore, but I got to defend him here. It's clear that there is a high amount of flabby and sick nikkas in here that have no idea how fitness, nutrition, and working out works.
"Oh, he gained 20lbs in one year, must be HGH :derp:" or "Oh, he lost 15 lbs in 4 months, must be off the HGH :derp:"
I've personally cut processed carbs (breads) out my diet and very little sugars (a banana or apple a day) and I've lost 10lbs in 3 weeks. This is all without the trainers and dietitians that Lebron surrounds himself with.

This is absolutely correct...If you've been eating processed carbs for a while and eliminate them all of a sudden, you'll drop weight pretty fast for about 4-6 weeks depending on your situation...and that's still with taking in about 60-100 carbs a day, as long as its from fruit and veggies
