Could someone explain to me how Bron and Melo (not to mention Wade and Bosh) works and wins? Bron and Wade had their share of issues co-existing and now you add another repetitive talent to the mix. I just don't get it. Dont' tell me about the Olympics because you had a thorough squad around those guys. If you sign all 4 of them, even for paycuts you have what...$10 mil at most to address the most glaring needs on the team (rebounding, interior D, perimeter D wasn't looking too hot in the Finals).

I honestly don't see how this helps. You already got 3 guys used to having the ball and now you add a 4th that plays the same positions (3/4) as 2 of the other 3 guys. Just doesn't make sense.
