Kobe vs Duncan debate again?:why:

They don't even play the same position:snoop:

Kobe Bryant: 2nd Greatest SG Ever, 7 NBA Finals appearances, 5 NBA Championships, 2 NBA Finals MVPs, Most All-NBA 1st Team and All-Defensive 1st Team selections in NBA History. Nothing will ever change that:ohlawd:

Timmy's nickname, the "Big Fundamental" was bestowed by his rival.

Kobe not only gave himself a nickname, he stole it from a white female ...

Don't worry, the debate ended last year, this is just the death throes right now. After the Lakers go 15-67 nobody will even think it's close, I mean the world doesn't now :mjpls:

My nikka, did you just call the NBA title a "National championship"? How am I supposed to take you seriously after that, I've turned a blind eye to your lusting after white women, but this is just too much.

You gonna discuss the NBA with me, and call the Larry O'brien a "national championship" like we talking about college sports :wtf: As for the rest of your post we all seen how Duncan responded to missing that layup, he cut a fukking promo the next year right before the finals guaranteeing a title, meanwhile how has Kobe responded to his team missing the playoffs last year? He's gonna power them to yet another lottery victory while shooting like Iverson in Detroit, and you got the nerve to talk? Understand that when this season is done, I'm going to be completely ignorant and straight up disrespectful when it comes to this "debate" cause no nikka on a sub 20 win team will ever be on the Great ones level, ever.

lmao @ talking about arguments when your argument as to why Kobe and Duncan head to head matchup in the playoffs being irrelevant is because "they don't play the same position". Like nikkas haven't been debating Kobe vs T-Mac, A.I vs Kobe, Wade vs Lebron for years.....

lets move the goal posts even further now.

You can keep talking about how great Duncan is but truth be told, he has the same amount of rings as Kobe while playing more games.

Since when are players penalized for what happens at the latter end of their careers tho? When did we start doing that? Because a lot of HOF's careers can get shytted on if you want to do that. Not everyone has the benefit of being the 3rd option or 4th option like Duncan is right now.

Fact: From 2008 to 2012, Duncan was the best player on th e Spurs and where did that lead them?

2013 Finals: Danny Green was on his way to winning Finals MVP before Duncan sabotaged him.

2014 Finals: Duncan was the best player the first 2 games which led to 1-1 series. In fact game 2, he BADLY got outplayed by Bosh. Kawhi took over after his mom saw popovich at dinner and asked him to give Kawhi the green light and low and behold, Kawhi wins Finals MVP.

You want to compare a 3rd option since 2007 to Kobe. Sorry, it doesn't work like that.

Didn't you penalize Jordan for his Wizards run (even though he was more successful than Kobe at 36?)

What #pawglife gotta do with basketball @Malta. Don't change the subject :mjpls:

Your mans is the 3rd best player on his team. You got a frenchman that makes some of the most unorthodox shots go in. I can't lie....those floaters be looking beautiful:banderas: Everytime Miami turned the tide, it was HIM bring momentum back to your team. RARELY was it Duncan :upsetfavre: You got Baby Scottie Pippen with Braids. All over the court. Giving out work. Being outright disrespectful to Dwyane Wade :russ:

Barely 23, keeping up with the best player in the league...

That's leaving out Manu, Danny Green, Diaw, Patty Mills (didn't that Aborgine nikka hit like 7 threes one game :ohhh:). Sorry breh. Not drinking the Koolaid. No disrespect because I wanted the Spurs to win but, Old Man Duncan :flabbynsick: literally got carried by his team to a ring but, you in here acting like he was The Dream in 95 swagsurfing on the Heat.

Nope. Not having it.

Those are all wing players :stopitslime:

They don't matchup and never have, those other players have all guarded or been guarded by one another for multiple games :camby:

lets move the goal posts even further now.

Isn't that all yall do when it comes to arguing for Kobe? :mjpls:

You can keep talking about how great Duncan is but truth be told, he has the same amount of rings as Kobe while playing more games.

:dead: Kobe has played 1258 games, Duncan has played 1265, not my fault the younger man has missed large chunks of seasons :sas2:

Where has Kobe led the Lakers since 2010? I mean, where?

Fact: From 2008 to 2012, Duncan was the best player on th e Spurs and where did that lead them?

And since 2010, what have the Lakers done, please enlighten me on their success :dead:

2013 Finals: Danny Green was on his way to winning Finals MVP before Duncan sabotaged him.

Duncan led them in scoring, if you want to talk about sabotaging, how about Kobe in 04 when he shot the Lakers right out the finals :dead:

2014 Finals: Duncan was the best player the first 2 games which led to 1-1 series. In fact game 2, he BADLY got outplayed by Bosh. Kawhi took over after his mom saw popovich at dinner and asked him to give Kawhi the green light and low and behold, Kawhi wins Finals MVP.

Terrible breh, your form is as shakey as Kobe's right now. Facts, Duncan was the 2nd leading score in 6 of those 7 years, just like Kobe was the 2nd leading scorer for Shaq and we all know you count them rings just as heavily, I mean you been arguing this dude is as good as Jordan for how long now? :russ:

I have a hard time believing that Duncan is better then Kobe. I don't even know much about basketball, but it doesn't feel right. Like Popavich was the real MVP through the latter half of Duncans career

this is why I don't waste my time with Kobe v. Duncan threads. I never viewed Duncan in that light. Kobe was always the superior player. LeBron is the only dude playing right now in Kobe's class all-time.

No I don't recall penalizing Jordan. I would say Jordan never made it past the first round without Pippen. Facts only. Not to mention, Kobe at 36 is playing his 19th season. Jordan played 19 seasons? Kobe in his 16th season was averaging 28 ppg. Facts only. Jordan averaged a measly 20 ppg and couldn't lead his team to the playoffs in the weak ass east.

3rd best player, yet somehow manages to be the 2nd leading scorer and the only 1 of them that has made first team all-nba in the last 3 years :dead:

And unlike you cult of Kobe dudes, I refuse to diminish Duncan's teammates, because Duncan's greatness doesn't require me to shyt on his teammates like you do Pau & Shaq, his legacy can stand on it's own, we all know from the arguments yall have made time and time again that diminishing the people Kobe has played with is the only way to prop him up.

PS. Your lust for white women is :smh: We gotta do better.

The first part of your post is completely contradicted by the last part of your post :dwillhuh:
