Leonard didn't guard him 100 percent of the time. Only 17 percent of LeBron’s touches against Leonard in the Finals have resulted in a field goal attempt. That’s half the rate James has against all other defenders. That means Leonard has been successful forcing him to pass the ball or turn it over. More so in game 3 lebron had a series high 73 touches and attempted only 14 shots while leonard guarded him 65 percent of the time. And james drove to the rim a considerably less percentage of 13 rather than 22 against other defenders.
