Yes

Some of these nikkas peaked decade plus ago, and they’ve held onto their love of other players.

They are working dead end jobs, making meager wages, and will never retire, got no females/family. The only thing they have to hold on to in their lives is nostalgia for past players (Kobe) because it brings them to a time where they were hopeful

That’s my guess for a lot of them
