Can't make it to the gym and I've been doing bw workouts...any leg exercises you'd recommend?

Single leg squats, high jumps, jumping lunges, jump rope, etc...in a circuit with little rest periods?

Basically stuck with plyo leg exercises which are effective if done properly

Do you have dumbbells? I just learned I could do leg curls at home using a 20lbs dumbbell. If you have a bench you can do step-ups...I hate those. Lunges, squats, calf raises.

i go to the gym but have 2 sets of dumbells and a curl bar at the house

I've been doing this for a while, its pretty good. He has a bunch of other workouts too using bodyweight.


This is a full body bodyweight workout, but if you want to do just the legs then do the triple skyfalls 3:39.

Most jump exercises are just :wow:.

Other than increasing your strength, wait till you get into sports a few months after doing plyo exercises - basketball :wow:
