Regardless, the whole "I hope Nas quit hip hop because his fans ain't loyal" thing is weird when he had a successful world tour with Wu 22-23 and his independent albums with no promo are outselling basically all rappers in his age bracket that's still active.

Like the only rappers from his era that's outselling him if they all dropped in 2025 are Dre, Em and Jay. And they all on majors, and all been outselling him since the 90s.

Did that info (release dates and album titles) even make noise outside of the Nas forum on Reddit? Someone gave the green light to release that teaser. Can't imagine what could be "incorrect" about it just a day later. I do feel like Nas will drop sooner than we think. Regarding the "Legend Has It" campaign, I think it only makes sense for Nas to set it off.

There was a tweet that kinda got picked up from someone who took the release date info from Reddit and he’s deleted it since


I think it make sense for Nas to be the headline so to speak and be the last to drop but we’ll see. He is back out on the road doing shows in the summer so he’ll probably drop sooner than later regardless but that calendar showed he was recording still in Feb/march

I keep seeing people say he’s dropping April 25th but he’s doing a show in Abu Dhabi that day and I’d be surprised if he’s overseas and not doing an album launch party that day.
