I am a big gamer, the Shenmue thread had me thinking of other games before its time. This game was way before its time, beat it twice and then played the Japanese version (Majoras Mask) and beat that too...Classic game anyone else beat this game back in the day?

So right about them being ahead of it's time. Those game's were two of the GOATs. Personally I though MM was better too.

Both Zelda 64 and Majoras mask are top 25 games for me.

I'm replaying it now on the Wii, just got Epona's horse.

I couldn't get into Majora's mask though.

Majoras mask was the same thing just japanese version, it was "so called" harder so they tamed it down for the american market. Did any one beat the wii Zeldas, or DS versions?

Me either. Alot of people loved..but I didnt like it too much..plus i wanted to play as adult link.

I'm at Turtle Rock in LTTP, just fired up the Wii SNES emulator to show my kids this classic. They're taking a liking to it

On a side note, WiiU is an instant cop once they reveal their Zelda game in 1080P

I've beat this game mutiple times.....this game alone was worth the cop of a N64 back in the day. If you played this when it first came out I don't see how you can give it any worst than top 10 dead or alive....I have it in my top 5.

They have done a HD remix kinda....whatever Zelda came that was on the wii is pretty much an updated version of OOT.

Loved this game. One of my best gaming accomplishments was beating Gannon on the first play through.

One of my best gaming experiences of ALL TIME. This game was truly unbelievably amazing as a youngin' (even tho it still is...shyt is just so much realer when you're young). I used to get shook when it would turn night and the zombies would come out. The first time you transform into Adult Link is


Majoras Mask was sick as fukk too, even though I never beat it.

In my opinion, the best game I've ever played. My all time favourite gaming experience. You know when you meet that first woman you REALLY fall in love with and you can't stop thinking bout her when you at school/work, neglect sleep and eating, and all you want to do is be with that person? That's how I felt about this game. It consumed two entire weeks of my life...nothing else mattered.
