Bron was 240 when he debuted and as you can see he is much bigger now. So that 280 talk a few years ago may have been close to true.

If Lebron really was 240lb as an 18-year-old rookie, he was definitely at least 265-270 in his Miami days. I remember him saying back then that he didn't even lift, and no one is as big as they're going to get bulk-wise when they're just 18. The combo of lifting and just grown-man bulk had to put on 20+ at least, considering how big his frame already was.
