The whole Cops thing is very overblown on this website.

But yeah, for the most part I went to what is known as "chica spots", which are basically brothels with Latinas who come up here every so often and rotate from place to place. And it would basically be $50 or $40 for 15 minutes.

At these spots its a strict rule that everything including head was covered, unless you obviously got a Hoe who was fine with doing it for you.
