RECAP from Previous Contest

Wouldn't be Bron + New York News w/o drama. As we know, leading up to this Coli game night in the Coliseum, LeGm had some interesting opinions on Dennis Smith Jr. and the decisions of former Knicks GM Phil Jackson

To some on the Coli, these were wise words :smugbiden:

To others, they were words indicative of a man who would sign off on off-season acquisitions of Barnum & Bailey 2 Men 1 Leg Circus Act of Wade & Rose.:mjlol:

At least we know where recent breakout NY star Kristaps Porzingis stands on the issue...
I would not change Frank for anybody

Frank's production is completely overstated. And that he's been better than DSJ or any other lottery PGs in this draft is a complete myth.

Maybe later but certainly not right now

Considering this thread may get leakage from the DSJ/Frank debate from Lebron: Dennis Smith Jr. should be a Knick made by @djthegreat88

It's important to note that Frank Ntilikina has been putting in promising development w/ KP on the court.

As pointed out by @Malta, numbers offer interesting light, albeitt he small sample size -

We have definitely all been a witness to DSJ's exciting play but hopefully tonight offers a glimpse into some of Frank Ntilikina's promise.

In case y'all haven't seen:

You can't teach this type of defense...:lupe:

I'll engage you a bit.

You say his production is overstated.

Are you saying that because we are so young into the season? If so, shouldn't we say DSJ's production is overstated also?

And if not, I'd concede DSJ's offensive capabilities have wowed me, but Frank Ntilikina's defense ability at 19 years old have been just as, if not more, promising. Thoughts?
