He was beat in the first movie by Daniel Day-Lewis and The Departed was a terrible American remake of a great trilogy. All for giving actors due credit but giving him an Oscar for his role in an overrated film in which Leo was really beat by Tom Hardy and spent most of his time incapacitated is just ridiculous. Just shows the nomination were weak this year. But then again, the Oscar nominations are always weak, it's just white ass kissing for shytty films.
