I think Leo's a phenomenal actor but I have to give it to RDJ even with his former drug abuse setback.

RDJ easily and all day.
The thing about Leo, he's a good actor right. Everybody seems to love him
This is why most people miss his flaws as an actor
His problem, he always has good to great roles. He doesn't get roles that suck, thus forcing his acting ability to shine thru
He plays similar roles in most movies. He's not been as diverse as RDJ has been over the course of his career
RDJ can literally play almost any role. Leo, he's always gonna be the same LEO regardless of the role.
In Django.. the character he played was almost like a parody of a racist. Laughable even. Entertaining, but laughable

Leo couldn't pull off being the dude, playing a dude, disguised as another dude. Thats all I'm sayin
