1.)Postmaster P was actually the villain in this film. His greed caused both of his boys' death and he sacrificed it all in the end to be a rapper, submitting to Lep in exchange for fame. One of the biggest dirtbag "protagonist" in horror history.

2.) Fontaine was serving it up. It cost him his life.
