CBS doesn't have a choice, contractually they're obligated to pay for his office space for a year after his termination. In addition, for as long as Moonves fights to get the $120 million severance package that CBS is balking at since finding cause to terminate him, CBS has to pay his legal fees. Whole thing is hilarious to me. And these dumb azz rappers are still holding money to their ears.
