Look up Kiko's burglary charge, for example; he wandered into an old woman's house drunk. Chip kept LeGarrette around after he assaulted someone on national TV. He kept Cliff Harris around, despite his inability to pass a drug test or obey traffic laws. Of the 4 quarterbacks during his tenure: two were black, two were Pacific Islanders.
