Let us discuss this HORRIBLE Alexa Bliss/Bayley segment

Don't always agree with Bryan but he was right, WWE lowkey shytted on their own programming last night with saying that Bayley would rather stay home and watch RAW and SmackDown

My whole point is that when Alexa is good she gets all the credit, yet when she's bad it's the writers fault. Last night just highlighted that she may not be as GOAT as some on here were proclaiming.

This may be true, but there was no salvaging that segment. It's like the 4th time they've redone This Is Your Life, and all of them pretty much bombed. The only way to save that segment is to not have it. What exactly could have Alexa have done to make it better? Nothing

Call me a mark but I've never liked this practice where they shyt on wrestlers who are actually fans of the product. The irony in all this is that Alexa has mentioned in shoot interviews that she was a fan herself.

The problem is Vince will see the shyt rating for the show and won't understand why, he thinks this shyt is actually good/funny

I'm sure he'll just blame it on cord cutting like he's been telling the shareholders.

This segment would've been a trainwreck if it wasn't done before, the fact that this is the exact same shyt Charlotte did in their feud (talking about Bayley's childhood and her always wanting to be a wrestler) made it an absolute massacre.

Is that all there is her character because she's lacking.

But it's plausible the WWE has spent years doing self-sabotage. When it works though, they look like geniuses and pat themselves on the back. When it doesn't, they can just blame the wrestlers involved.

WWE cut out the entire "This Is Your Life" sketch on their YouTube channel from last night's RAW before Bayley hit the ring, as seen in the video above. The widely panned segment featured Alexa Bliss interviewing people portraying Bayley's 4th grade teacher, childhood best friend Tracy Avalina and ex-boyfriend Phil Johnson. The segment ended with Tracy and Phil kissing before Bayley hit the ring.
