Haha well yeah.....esp. as a kid listening to R&B ranging from hypersexual 112 'Anywhere', to dramatically romantic Jagged Edge 'JE HEartbreak', to Dru Hill and Sisqo, the heartbreak of 'Anytime', and Whitney Houston those were lofty expectations to live up to, all the intrigue about affairs and married women, unrequitted love, longing and passion, the powerhouse sexual performances...it's all very dramatic for middle school. I will say I have been fortunate enough to have at least one 'relationship' however brief it was, that I felt encompassed all the R&B 'cliches' (which are really just timeless romantic expressions from all art forms), so I know it's not all cliches or unrealistic....
