I hate to say it because I’d prefer more of a change candidate, but I can’t help but think that this race against Trump is going to get real ugly and it might be best for Biden get dragged into the gutter. Some of these others candidates are real promising and have great ideas, but democracy moves slowly and Biden might serve as a useful transition to a more progressive government moving forward if he could beat Trump.

We really don't have a great candidate to vote for this go-round, but Warren is probably the best of them because she's straight up pro-reparations, pro-economic policies that would help a large chunk of black folks, and open to pro-black social policies. She's talked about them before most of the other major candidates, too.

And she doesn't have a history of putting black men in prison as quickly as possible (Harris) or firing black police chiefs for exposing racist cops (Buttigieg) or arguing for segregation (Biden) or hiding behind marching with MLK to explain his cluelessness about black life (Bernie).
