Mega Man and this isn't really debatable.
X, Zero, Legends, and original series are all quality and have many classic games within them. Even the Battle Network games are good. The Blue Bomber is part of the holy trinity of platform gaming with Mario and Sonic while Vectorman couldn't even get a 3rd game.
