Zimmerman is innocent according to trial. The state failed to prove that he was not in immediate life threatening danger.
Second degree implies malicious intent. Manslaughter is Zimmerman killed him but it wasn't nessesary. In other words Zimmerman panicked in a fight and pulled a gun and killed dude. His life wasn't in danger.

He need to go to jail just for gettin out of his car,I don't think he planned on killin Trayvon....but to me with this law if u gon have that stupid shyt....it should be the same as if you go into a grocery store to rob it and sumbody dies as a heart attack,or you get attacked and your partner shoots the guy....u can still be charged with murder bcuz its still your fault that it happened.....this is Zimmermans fault no matter how u spin it.

Nope. It's looking like he'll be convicted of manslaughter which is the best consequence in this case. The criteria of manslaughter includes; (1) The victim is dead - which is correct, Trayvon is dead. (2) The defend did an act or acts which resulted in the death of the victim - correct once again. Zimmerman shot him in the heart instead of say the leg or arm because he wanted him dead. Case case. He will also be sentenced for a long time in prison considering who the judge is and because manslaughter with a gun in Florida comes along with a 30 year sentence. He did. End of story. Case closed.

The prosecution quite simply hasn't proved its case against Zimmerman. They did a surprisingly terrible job.
Zimmerman and his lawyers are gonna leave that courtroom............................
