Not because nobody will recognize you, first of all let be 100% clear with this: you aren't relevant enough in any sense of the word for anyone to care about you or your forum posts. Speak for yourself. Some of us have some real life endeavors (businesses, job, etc) that would be severely compromised by folks knowing who we are on here.
