Way too early to say.

But its well on its way. No new classic games/franchises. DLC nonsense. Every game feels the same. Graphics have taken precedent over gameplay. Nickel and diming customers. No creativity. Inflated budgets leading to nothing worthwhile. Less studios. Less games.

Its been wack as fukk so far. But i still hold out hope theirs some secret game being made right now that will change everything.

Us Wii U boys is eating good over here. I have no complaints.

No mans sky sounds and concept is impressive as hell and I hope it lives up to its expectations. Tomorrow children don't like the concept but seem unique I respect that. Rime not interested.

Nobody is comparing them game for game. The reality is Xbox has a variety of quality exclusive games ps4 does not. And it seems it will not for at least another year.

Sunset Overdrive is probably my most anticipated "next gen" game right now and will get a hold of an xbox one next month to test it out.

Scenario 1

I play the destiny beta and these are my immediate impressions.

The story missions feel disjointed and uninteresting. They aren't the large scale sandboxes like halo, they all are just:
Land in an empty field
Shoot a couple dudes
Walk/ride to the objective
Pull out your ghost
Watch a countdown till the mission ends

The game comes out and these are the types if things being said in reviews.

The biggest downfall of Destiny is its repetitive quest structure. 90% or more of the quests boil down to killing seemingly endless waves of enemies, occasionally pressing a button to have your Ghost companion (voiced by Peter Dinklage) interact with the environment. There is very little else going on. This, combined with the limited weapon design, makes for one of the most boring AAA experiences you’ll play this year"

So do I really need to buy the game to confirm my original assessment?

Coli Sony Stan has NEVER played titanfall or sunset overdrive. But claims they are boring trash, knock-offs of other games.

The reviews come out and people are praising the games for how fun they are and their fresh take in their genres.

Coli Sony Stan still repeats those games are trash clones.


Now you tell me these two scenarios are anywhere near the same. Tell the truth, don't be disingenuous.
