I always found it fun to try to decipher their lyrics, it didn't seem hard, but then again I could have been way off. Either way, I could always picture what they were talking about, and to me thats a key component of great lyric writing. Also whether you are correct or not, the ability to draw a conclusion about what an artist is trying to say is a good indication that it is indeed art

I'd put Camp Lo in the same category as Ghostface or E-40 or others when it comes to slang. Totally different from mumble rap cuz it's clear and articulate, just coded.

I never bought their shyt after that FA reals and I own the vinyl to the first single as a first Gen press and first day release too.
