A grilled cheese fits macros and it's an awesome meatless option if you add meatless days in your diet.

The best grilled cheese sandwich is made with 2 different cheeses. Use pepperjack and cheddar and then coat the inside of the bread with salsa and then melt it either on a skillet or on the Foreman, you'll be thanking me for giving you the recipe to the best Grilled cheese ever.

I used to make struggle pizzas

slice of bread with some tomato sauce spread on it, cheese on top with the ham cut up like a topping and put that shyt in the toaster oven

i bet goat cheese would be less calories or maybe soy
I don't really worry too much about that because I try to limit fat on my other meals. My breakfast has a small amount of fat, lunch typically has no fat and then I'll have a grilled cheese for dinner.
