Sasha/Charlotte have definitely had more build than Owens, but at this point it's not like they're the hottest thing going today. Nobody's clamoring to see them switch the belt like a hot potato yet again.

It's really more of a slight towards Owens and the Universal belt that creative can't (or won't be bothered to) create a compelling main event storyline for him and his opponent.
