There's been plenty of albums built around one great song with a bunch of filler tracks thrown around it.
As you can see, when specifically asked to draw comparable quality from RTD the Biggie constituents are silenced . . you bring up the hypothetical situation of another album having a great song . . surely possible. Find me an album with 10 better songs

Bags and Stretch visited Pac on Rikers Island a lot and they told Pac who ordered the hit and who took it, so Pac knew exactly what was going on. He knew that Biggie and Puff had nothing to do with it. But when E Money Bags and Stretch explained what happened, Pac told them that he planned to use the situation to sell a lot of records. Bags explained who was behind it, but Pac said he just wanted to start controversy and that he planned to use Biggie and Puff and turn his gunshot wounds into a marketing and promotion scheme. Wow
This is just ridiculous..Pac wasnt even fukkin with Stretch after he got locked up cause he didnt trust him...true shyt so him tellin Stretch and Bagz that he would use that as controversy is laughable and downright disrespectful
