So your best reasoning on why he shouldve saved her is the minuscule chance that maybe the person inside the car was just raised by proud Trump supporters, but is actually a young person that feels the exact opposite, but is driving the car with the Trump sticker? He has no economic solutions, never talked about any, and the vast majority of his supporters love him specifically because of "the nonsense", hence wearing their "deplorable" badges with pride. Everyone knows what that bumper sticker means but you want to play dumb.
