Uhhh . . . no, golden era was a term used to describe the late 80s![]()
late 80's/early 90's.....Personally all my favorite rap albums come out from 86-96. so we are saying the same sh!t breh.![]()
the true golden era is and will always be around 87 - 89..the east was droppin classic after classic, the west coast gained national attention with N.W.A and basically birthed gangsta rap..even the south started getting some recognition thanks to the Geto Boys

Hip Hop didnt start in the south......NY invented Hip Hop......so when the south started doing Hip Hop they were emulating a New York thing.
If I birth a child and he grows to my height to the point I can wear his clothes......Those may be his clothes and I might look a lil off rocking his style but the child still came from me, regardless of who's clothes I put on.
