Let's be real
How many of you will look forward to the next slaughterhouse album?

These guys are dope solo artists
But they SUCKKKKKKKKKKK TOGETHERRRRRRRRRRR

They are horrible and have made zero good songs lately
Only song from their first album I liked was coocoo

They ain't ever going to rack up dollars and their stage performances will drop because they ain't got no hot songs to perform!

Em did not make a mistake on signin SH. Let's think about it. Did we realy expect a lyrical 4 man group of 3o yr old dudes to do huge numbers? No. All the peple on the coli wouldn't have bought it anyway. Y'all downloaded it just like I did. So let's stop frontin. :rudy:

I doubt he cares how much they sold.

Em's taste in hip hop is obvious. He likes really lyrical technical rappers. This was his passion project.

Yea, yea...whatever. Its been a complete, utter failure. A mess. Whiteboy needs to focus on recapturing some of the lyrical ability he used to have cause he's fallen off a lot.

No, Eminem did the right thing. He did this for hip-hop. If Eminem didn't sign them and none of them would be no where.

He could have signed them as solo artists instead and they would have been even more successful

Plus he could have signed Saigon instead of mr. bad vs evil

Depends on what you think a "mistake" is.

Debuting at #2 and selling 50K first week, 70K or whatever, so far, isn't exactly a failure. Yeah, those sales aren't great. But they aren't bad either.

Also, to record on an Interscope budget with Interscope money and with Eminem was a dream for Slaughterhouse. Eminem wanted to make an album with these guys and he did and it actually came out - why would he regret it? Does Eminem really care the numbers, at this point in life?

Look at the other people Eminem signed: 50 Cent, Obie Trice, Bobby Creekwater, Ca$his....Slaughterhouse is a big step up from the last two in terms of talent.

It's too bad Royce or Slaughter wasn't signed instead of Obie in the early 00's...Eminem was a better exec producer and he helped albums sell more. There are more street beats on Obie's first two albums than the SH album...every beat was on some stadium sound Recovery ish...Slaughter sounds a billion times better over MMG or Good Music beats than Shady Records 2012 beats.

I know the cool thing to do here is to sh-t on Slaughterhouse...because their album was surprisingly poppy and not great. But it also wasn't bad and got good reviews and sold okay. There's a middle ground between classic and trash, and success and failure.

Pretty f-cked up their mixtape was better than their album though, lol.

he made a mistake by letting them record on thos ehorrible beats. there are better ways to go pop or appeal to a wider audience than remaking Recovery
