Nelly is not seeing Drake on the mic in any aspect of rapping. Nelly had bigger singles in the early 2000's but his catalog is nowhere near Drake's. Take Care is better than any Nelly album, I'd go as far as saying all of Drake's projects are superior to Nelly's best.
Drake can realistically host a dope B-Sides concert of album cuts, unreleased tracks and featured verses like Jay did with Tidal, his catalog is already prolific.

Nelly doesn't have any classic albums, it's too early to say whether any of Drake's albums will go down as classics but I'd bet against it
