got offers, opportunies, deals...and basically plans no better than a cell phone company is offering..



I need some feedback...trying to weigh my options for a few artists I represent

I use Tunecore and like it - I've released several tracks; however, I'm not sure if there are other distributors that offer a better deals. Not sure if this was what you're looking for, though.

I have received royalties. It's something like $0.70 on the dollar - as you're well aware, infinitely higher cut than a traditional record label deal would get an artist. I do believe you get dough for streams although I'm not quite sure of the exact amount of points.

Interscope now offers digital distribution, too. It's more of a brand thing since the name's known but I believe it's the same type of thing CD Baby and Tunecore do.

Yeah that 70 cent cut on the dollar is great for downloads

i just wanna get some streaming revenue to create extra revenue when the downloads are low

101 distribution offers a .21 cent streaming payout which i like...I'm just trying to weigh my options

Yeah i just got off the phone with Steve Manning of 101 distribution

he couldn't even answer if their app was available on androids

come to find out they don't

that's a huge market share that i definitely need

yeah i heard about Aded just was leery about them cause that is basically a SONY venture

which is why i chose 101 cause they are KOCH

but after talking with thier GM they ain't shyt

so ill give Aded a try

I had my reservations too but aded delivered everything as promised. For the price they put u on amazon iTunes spotify official fm and more. They've paid me royalties on time too. Aded is like $5 a month
