It does feel as if Heyman is there to keep Brock in the crowd's mind whilst he's away, and Cesaro is just sorta...there.
Seems like they're building to Cesaro/Brock then. Cesaro gets increasingly annoyed with Heyman big-upping Brock which leads to Cesaro challenging Brock.

It just seems teaming people with heyman and slapping the label "paul heyman guy" really don't do shyt. If heyman really believes someone to be the next big star outside the ring, (Lesnar, punk) then usually they are. But just throwing some random nikka in (axel) shyt just seems to fall flat. But then again, Axel was always ass so dude was gone from the get go. I got more hope for Cesaro considering how great of a talent dude is we just got to wait and see if this pays off in the long run.

I'm looing at the bigger picture and the long run, I really think this is set up for Cesaro to feud with Brock leading up to Summerslam and then he'll turn on Heyman and turn Face.
