As someone who wasn't on the old site, it seems as though this is just a @Cockmeat Sandwich( did I just type that) hate thread. I see fanboy ramblings coming from all sides on this forum, but it seems Cockmeat( no homo) gets all the hate.

Let that boy most of his points are valid anyway, even if you disagree with him he doesn't do the "ps3 sucks Xbox better " shyt that I see coming from Sony fanboys

Ok so I mentioned mods and the people that usually seem to be in the thick of the console war arguments just to start off this discussion.

As we know, new console announcements are looming and as of late, the console wars have been heating up. This has caused several threads to deteriorate to the point that they basically all become the same thread. Honestly, most of these threads start off with a premise that will only lead to fanboys arguing with eachother (e.g. Orbis more powerful than Durango, Durango with more RAM, etc) As such, Chewy, has rightfully taken to merging them into one thread. I don't think this is specifically a Courtdog thing because as far as I can tell - I see the same people engaging in what becomes the same arguments.

I like the console war threads as it shows people are excited about tech. Its the threads that are started that have NO information in them that bother me.

Say you love the console war threads, then go out your way to stop it brehz

By taking away thread making priviledges, I can't discuss my opinions
So all I can do is discuss other ppls thoughts/ideas/fanboyish rants

There is an ignore feature, and before they took the privies away, for a year I was only able to make 3 post a day
Thing is, I didn't realize that til like 8months into it cuz I didn't actually make that many threads

Just sad how far this place goes to silence ppl. No different than Neogaf in my case.
If I was really a problem, I'd be banned. Maybe one day

You can just do a search, they give you the options to sort them however you want
You will not find threads with the same dates on them.
