The hypocrisy is laughable, and the reason why anyone has a problem with ME is because they see me constantly getting into it with people because YOU allow them to run rampart. All the other things outside of what you said (like what I bolded) is where you have been failing as a MOD.

Anyway, let me see if I understand what you're trying to say. So you think it's annoying that people still bring out the mattress point. I don't see why that's something I should do something about. I don't do anything when you bring up Brink. I don't do anything when you say "you must be broke if you're worried about $35 a year. So what do you expect me to do when someone brings up mattress. You brought that upon yourself anyway. You made that thread, noone made that thread for you. And people keep bringing it up, as far as I can tell, because you keep making nonsensical threads and posts. It's their way of getting to you and it seems to be working.
What about Courtdogs3gs? Youre not the first poster in SOHH/Coli history to have an alias made of them. If there's something you find innapropriate about this poster, then report it. If you don't report it, you can't complain that nothing gets done.
As far as you making a thread and then having it bombarded by spam posts - again, report this if you have a problem with it when it happens and mods can evaluate it. If you don't have a problem with it, then don't complain.
As far as "you guys" ignoring things, I'm not going to speak for the other mods but I pretty much "ignore" 95% of what goes on here. You should know that's not specific to you. I don't get involved in console war threads, I don't necessarily close threads because there are no links posted and I don't do anything when a poster makes a joke about another poster. I delete dupe threads, report posts I find innapropriate, and look into anything any poster asks of me. From that end, I don't see any hypocrisy - I treat everyone the same and if you have a problem with how I do my job and I don't listen to your complaints then you can let BK or whoever know. I couldnt give a fukk less.
i think the whole appeal of the console war is lost if we cant buck at each other with new threads. i just think they need to be on topic and include legit resources.

I'd say don't merge them. There are some gems of information in them imo (usually in the first post). I tend to just read the first few posts and then leave it alone.
I say leave them alone. The people that want to engage in console wars will engage, those that don't want to, won't.
If the threads do numbers that's a good thing for the forum regardless of the subject. Merging them just makes things more confusing and buries good info knee deep in fukkery

courtdog is like the proverbial punching bag around here. people say some pretty fuct up stuff about him, he takes it in stride, and comes back with a joke and shyt. I don't think it's fair to characterize him as the bad-guy
