I've been hearing this term creep up in a lot conversations, usually from textbook feminist broads and some feminist n*ggas. While I can't say definitively whether there is or isn't a rape culture. I think the truth is far more complex than what many people make it out to be. So I disagree with the feminist interpretation of rape culture. They think it's a reflection of systemic cultural misogyny. I think the actual culture itself has very little to do with rape, and I think it has more to do with opportunity and the way sexual politics plays out. Btw, I think there's always going to be a "rape" culture the way human sexuality is designed. What are you thoughts on rape culture? Do you believe we live in a rape culture? Explain why or why not.
I will say this though...if only men are capable of stopping rape, then it must also be that only men do the raping, therefor all the rapists must be men by default. The only logical solution one can infer is to remove men from the equation. Therefor no rape.
