No. He says he is Black in every interview, every freestyle, and every other song. He doesn't use the N-word, and he remains true to the traditional feel of hip-hop and rap, without ever selling out.
He says nikka once on "Under Pressure"

He's black and identifies as such. He has that biracial kid look. You got c00ns dark as a midnight c00ning it up but wanna deny a kid with talent and intelligence his blackness :usure:

Feel free to give us your actual opinion on the man and not his iTunes description :comeon:
I've been listening to Logic since Young Sinatra, and besides the fact that one of his parents is a brown-skinned African-American, and in America notable Black ancestry of any kind makes you Black (the one drop rule), the fact that he works to make sure his being Black is a part of his image, and his music, is enough to overcome him not looking Black. I made a similar thread about the actress Meghan Markle, and most of the answers were "does she identify as Black?" Considering he is Black, and identifies as Black, I'll go out on a limb and say, he is not a cac.

Looks like an cac but has a black dad and is raised by a racist mom, I would include him in my black community. :ehh:
