That's true, but look at it like this.

It's all psychological yes? And both these black men and women either got deserted by their fathers, or grew up with a single mother. The family structure isn't there with them. And yes, the female has the womb but giving her more responsibility due to that fact is illogical. She is just as fukked up as the man is so she is bound to make mistakes. Every single mother didn't mess with a deadbeat. Single mother means not married. I single mother can be in a relationship, can be divorced, and can have the father very much in the child's life but she is not married therefore she is single.

Exactly. But how would that come about? A law? It would be impossible to put one like that into effect, especially with the US government handing out welfare. They know it keeps us down and gives us no initiative to further ourselves, and that's why they continue giving it.

One bad decision does not equal countless one's without a track record. Saying undoubtedly is ridiculous because you have no idea. I can understand if you were just talking about those who have multiple kids, different fathers etc... Its ridiculous.
