Jim knew what Max was like..he hadn't long got out of doing a 7/8 year bid and tying him down to do alot of work because Max isn't the type of person you can keep under control...so if he was going to fukk up in the long run, Jim had shyt in the stash from him he could use.
he never had the same sort of love he had for Max in the way he had for Stack.
after they went there separate ways, shyt only became a problem when Max started hearing stuff he wrote on that MOB album with other dudes doing the hooks.
Cam said he was ready to put a house up to help bail him out.

And Max B is not an incredible lyricists either, his stuff is a very basic rapper with limited vocabulary and he has no vocal range whatsoever in terms of singing. he might be able to do certain things but you don't feel it when Sen does it.
he could never make a joint Letter To The Game, Why You Do That, Where Do I Go, Live Comfortable, Every Morning, Quarantine, Tattoos On Her Ass and Max was knocking them shyts out with ease..or have the same impact Max had when doing hooks like G's Up, We Roll, Pin The Tail, Bury Me In My Gucci's etc.

Jim shortchanged Max on money because Jim took advantage of Max's general stupidity on that front. Jim knew the business. Max didn't. When Max got caught up, he had a high ass bail that Jim was p*ssyfooting on paying, and that's when Max felt like Jim wasn't being loyal.
Combine that shyt with the beef Jim had with Tru Life and the whole Cocaine City showing that tape at the Rucker, and you now have the beef between Jim and Max and Jim and French

The beef started bc Jim didn't wanna post his bail for him...max eventually put up the money (obv. Ain't come from Jim) and was still cool with him because he was that loyal. But while he was in jail Jim had sen city do over all of max hooks using his lyrics word for word..the songs eventually started dropping right after max got out so that was the point where he said fukk jim jones and the whole birdgang .And this was all said in a hot 97 interview with max himself. Jim signed max with a 10 album contract, TEN fukking albums . Jim Jones is a snake and just took advantage of him it's really fukked up situation. Jim jones just rode his wave and got a nikka that sound almost identical to him to sing his lyrics the most blatant robbery in hip hop history .
