What are yalls favorite projects by Big KRIT? A lot of his mixtapes are more than album quality worthy.

I've always appreciated KRIT for his realness and not selling out. I always compared him to Kendrick and Cole because they all came in the game around the same time. Cole and Kendrick went a much more mainstream route, while KRIT grinded putting out real music. KRIT got so many more projects than those two, all he does is make music.

If I had to rank my top 5 from KRIT, I'd go

1. Return of4Eva
2. KRIT Wuz Here
3. Cadillactica
4. King Remembered In Time
5. Live From The Underground

It's so hard to rank, as he's got so many quality albums. Probably one of the toughest because how many quality projects he has. IMO, he has a lot of really good albums but not sure he has a great album. Maybe Krit Wuz Here. But he don't got one bad project to his name.

Everything he's put out has been quality. Even his weaker shyt like TDT and Krit Iz Here isn't bad music. Just bad to his standard

My list would go like this

1. Return Of 4eva
2. Krit Wuz Here
3. 4eva Is a Mighty Long Time
4. King Remembered In Time
5. 4eva N A Day
6. Cadillactica

If he had originally put his mixtapes out as albums, found a way to clear those samples, and went to a label like Interscope, he'd be widely considered the greatest rapper in his generation next to Kendrick. It's a shame how he doesn't get the credit he deserves because his catalog is up there with the greats

I haven't really enjoyed his albums much to be honest.. Not nearly as much as his early mixtapes..

Return of 4eva
Krit Wuz Here

Are head and shoulders above his other projects to me..

His production changed and he began to experiment too much for me.. It's like he technically got better but the end product isn't to me

Krit, just like Currensy, is like a secret artist for me. I don't listen to him when I got someone over or in the car, only when I'm alone.

Goat material for sure. Still bumping Cadillactia.

I feel kinda the same way. It's weird... I would say that KRIT is an artist I like a lot. I don't really make lists, but if somebody asked who was in my Top 10 of "Current Generation" rappers (like Gibbs, Saba, Kendrick etc.) I'd put KRIT in there all day every day.

But...

I don't really have any attachment or feelings towards any particular album outside of KRIT Wuz Here.

I've liked pretty much all of them, some of them a lot, and whenever he drops something, from loosies to EPs to albums, I listen day 1 and spin them a bunch. But after a while I don't find myself going back to listen to his projects. If I'm on shuffle and stuff comes up I never skip, but even now I don't see myself feeling like "Let me throw on [I can't even remember the name of the most recent album] real quick"

And I liked that shyt. I can hear some of the beats now in my head, but I can't even remember the title.
