Problem with the Heat is they dont have a player that you have to gameplan against.

Jimmy is a good player but he's not an offensive threat, sure he can give you 20ppg but that 20 gonna be on the heels of a bad night of shooting. The Miami Heat need to stop signing a bunch of journeymen and benchwarmers in hopes of them becoming reliable options. Since the Big 3 era, Jimmy is the first quality player they've had in a long while due to Miami struggling to attract top-quality players and have been relying on as I said before, benchwarmers and journeymen to lead the way and that's why they came up short this year.
I don't know if Pat and management getting cheap and don't want to spend but it's unusual for a destination like Miami, FL to struggle in attracting quality starter and bench players, maybe the Heat needs a new GM.

Again, this thread was made in the midst of Jimmy having the best run of his entire career that cultimated in him going blow for blow against Bron and AD short handed in the finals and pushed the champs to 6 games....and asked why, in that moment, wasn't he getting criticism
Him not playing well in an entirely different season and getting eliminated in the first round ....and getting roundly criticized for it (which negates the whole premise of the thread... nevermind that I posted PROOF that he was getting the stupid hot take treatment every star gets even last postseason, but you've ignored it like 5 times already)...has nothing to do with previous performances
