Look at the wording very carefully. Same job =/= same hours worked. Men work for longer periods
are more willing to accept overtime and ask for raises than their female colleagues and DO NOT
TAKE PATERNAL LEAVE.

real spit maternity leave ain’t just for woman, if the company you work for is worth anything.

one of my male coworkers just came back an 8 month bid of fully paid maternity leave. maternity leave is a family issue not a female one but may come off as such since women are often seen as nurturers and there for the leaders of said cause

families and relationships are essential to good work-life balance and only benefits companies and the sanity of their workers in the long run

not seeing how anyone can be against paid months of chillin with your seed if you are a valueable asset to your company. dads are just as important as moms in fighting for this. should not be a gender issue
