He benefited from the same thing that Kliff did. They already throwing out Lynn getting fired so they can most likely give Lincoln Riley or Dabo the Chargers job over Bienemy next season. They're very specific with that offensive genius tag.

I think the main flaw is his teams arent physical. Some teams have that trait (Ravens/steelers every year) some dont but his teams tends to play like frontrunners

Cant deny this. Our Defense is definately playing with grit but traditionally we get best by hard running teams (Baltimore/49ers) and the offense is so predicated on timing and Jared isnt really mobile so aggressive defenses (Buffalo, Miami, 49ers) give us fits.
However Mcvay has adjusted to this by trying to keep running the ball. I crtiicized the 3rd and 8 run to position for the FG last night but realistically, Sean knew his QB and trusted his defense. Cant knock it.
