This city, for as much as I love it, the cost of living is just fukking ridiculous.
I'm so moving out of this city in two years.

The weather in NYC is enough for me not to go there. But no way I would ever buy a house in NYC unless there is some MAJOR profit to be made.

The more the wealth gap expands in this city, the less liveable it comes.
I see it all the time.
Working class families struggle to make ends meet and find affordable housing while realtors, landlords, and owners bend over backwards for entitled yups and hipsters that have parental co-signers anc no real source of income while they have their little playdays out in the city on 12:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon.
You can't really afford to raise a family here anymore unless you're on government assistance and programs or insanely well to do.
You'll definitely see profits but alot of these are being scooped up by wealthy investors.se are being bought out by weal
