I keep hearing y'all don want to move down south even tho you get more bang for your buck, my space is MORE important than being in a cramped room forever...:dahell:

I'd rather live in a cheap ass mini mansion then to live in a shoebox, that's my fukking goal...:dahell:

I would be furious that I live in a fukking shack for 1800 a month...

I aint gonna be renting shyt no more I'm trying to own outright.... :francis: paying $1800 a month...:deadrose: these hipsters are fukking crazy, then when shyt goes so outta control they gonna leave.

They're only gonna leave when sea levels rise. I've seen hipsters nowadays slowly settling into families with kids and shyt.

They're not going back to the burbs or Ohio unless they're forced to.

nah they gonna leave, that's their lifecycle, move to a poor neighborhood, suck the soul out of it, it becomes too commercialized, then the bubble bursts or they leave when rents become 3,000 a month...:heh:
