That would be atleast $750,000 here depending on the neighborhood.

I would seriously rather have that for a million plus than that shyt I just posted.
This city, for as much as I love it, the cost of living is just fukking ridiculous.
I'm so moving out of this city in two years.

no shyt anybody would

Raleigh, NC
This.
As much as those places are appealing the mansions, I just couldn't live in Raleigh NC\
Cause I know how the rest of America is compared to New York
It's undoable for me at this point.
Last time I was in Pittsburgh (yes...Pittsburgh, in Pennsylvania) visiting family, after 3 days I just wanted to leave
Cacs everywhere
No diversity
Really segregated
Really backkwards
really racist
really unwelcome
Confederate flags everywhere
Nothing to do except drive around and get drunk or look around at malls or eat or smoke and drink
All the women around my age are married with kids...or they moved to cities like NYC and LA and Philly and there is slim pickings

When I got back to
NYC it made me appreciate it more for all of its pitfalls and cons.
The diversity
the more accepting attitude
The plethora of things to do
THe tons of people in my age group older and younger

And people here are friendly, I never got the New Yorkers are rude trope....I've experienced more friendliness and people going out of their way to help a breh out or just be sociable here than anywhere else. Cause people appreciate each other here despite the BS .

So even though the cost of living is cheaper there...are you even living?

So you judge Raleigh off visting Pittsburg? There are a ton of NYers here who love it

I've been to Asheville cause I did a show there...
that's the furthest I've been in NC.
It was alright.
I haven't been to Raleigh.
So I can't speak on it.
I can only discuss my times in the cities I have been though in comparison in NYC and my own tastes, but whatever. I'll probably visit soon enough cause NYC gets suffocating after a while.

You pay for the dopeness
About 15 years ago I tried moving to Florida
I was back in 2 weeks
shyt was asscheeks

I wouldn't mind moving somewhere just outside the city like Westchester but it's even more expensive out there

I do be seeing out of state prices and be tempted but that's more for retired folks. I'm trying to chill and do shyt, not marvel at my big crib all fukkin day.

Maybe one day but not today. For now give me that studio in NY over that mini mansion in NC
Move from an international city to the sticks of Florida and act surprised brehs. Guarantee you it wasn't Miami you moved to.:mjlol:

this is true. i love nyc but i'd only live there if i could afford to own at least a 2br condo. because renting or living with roommates is dog shyt :camby:

every time i go to nyc i come back like i've been missing out on so much shyt. there's literally something to do every day year round at any time of the day. i remember i was there 3 winters ago and it was like 20 degrees out and there were 849495740584984948594 people out shopping and drinking and eating and doing shyt. in the bay area it rains a little and that's enough to keep everyone indoors :flabbynsick:

all kinds of shows and festivals and free concerts and events. for all kinds of people too not just the mostly weirdo vegan shyt they got here

only place i've felt something similar that is in chicago but it's not close. no city in the county compares to the energy you get from being in nyc :manny:

i can't afford to live comfortably there so fukk it :pacspit: :sadcam:
