New York is small, there's limited affordable housing.
New York is expensive due to many factors.
You can also get paid very well in NY but's all relative.

If you can afford NY real estate is a great investment.




Kids don't dream of living in Raleigh, NC.

Until they walk into their 100 sq ft "living space" :mjlol:

To be fair, an 8 bedroom house is going to be expensive no matter where you go.
Considering where it was built, I'm assuming there would likely be more than two working adults living in that home at a given time.

I'd like a place like this if there was a bike lane straight to downtown(or Midtown as you ATL folks like to point out the Hotspot)


We drive around here....people that bike in Atlanta tend to get hit by cars :francis:
