We have intelligence and people working in both of those programs. More than likely we would know about it.
If we didn't know we have defense systems.
If the defense systems didn't work, we could lose many lives, but wipe those nations off the map (like we basically want to do anyway)

umm i dont know. listening to the news report after 9/11 was kinda disheartening.

they said they had to "scramble" a military jet because they thought it was russia that sneaked an attack on us. they were clueless. which basically says if any country sneaked an attack on us, they might succeed with the first strike.

everything went as planned on 9/11. The Air Force is damn near 100% proficient. Overseas Air Forces bases stop mortar attacks and other attacks with no intelligence or pre warning. A Nuke attack would never be a sneak attack and we would stop it regardless.

Unless the Air Force was planning a Nuke exercise that day and all the resources were purposefully confused so that we can allow the sh1t to happen; so that we can justify killing millions.
