They need to find a coaching staff that's "just right" and stop wasting the talent on the field.

That's what I'm saying. Lovie keeping his job was a miracle in itself. With the exception of (no offense brehs, I'm in Chicago too ) that one fluke year getting to the super bowl, they were mediocre teams that were sprinkled with talented players Lovie had no clue what to do with.
