they can be used for around the house, working out, or go well with sneakers and casual wear

they're pretty much a perfect essential clothing item as opposed to baggy sweatpants. and they're not skin tight if you dont get em that way, they're just tapered.

It depends on how big his feet is. Size 13s and a tapered pant legs looks dumb. But I like joggers on guys. Not all look like leggings. The patterns are ugly though.
